Colter's Hell
by Ross Peter Nelson

Comic drama: 90 min.

An eco-fantasy where the animals of the Rocky Mountain wilderness confront legendary mountain man and fur trapper John Colter. They observe and comment as he faces the frightening geology of Yellowstone Park, the ghost of John Locke, native hunting bands, and ultimately, Wishpoosh, a mythic, giant, albino beaver. The play draws parallels between the radical environmental change triggered during the early 19th century and the challenges of today. (16+, mature content)
